Protein Home provides protein products such as beef meat, calf meat, lamb meat, different kinds of fish, and ... in Bandar-e Mahshahr, which is the capital of Mahshahr County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. Protein Home was started in 2017, by Mr. Mohsen Amiri and other 5 experts in the food industry from Khuzestan province in the field of food distribution, and is currently proud of our team by providing fresh and healthy protein food. Mahshahr is next to the Persian Gulf, so the fishery is one of the main jobs of the locals in this region. According to that, we buy a variety of fish from local fishermen and sell them fresh and frozen. As Khuzestan province has a great condition for the livestock industry since many years ago people were farmers and ranchers who considered practice animal husbandry. This history provides us with a better situation to grow this business in Mahshahr than in other cities.
Due to the fact that, this job has a direct relationship with the people's food, observing the health principles in its highest standard and maintenance of protein products, with the newest technologies, especially in the hot weather of Mahshahr is necessary. Protein Home provides certain products and the quality of its production is always the priority. Before distributing our products, we comply with the basic standards in their transit to the shop. We work on maintaining our protein materials to put meat in the refrigerators as soon as possible to prevent bacterial activities in them.

Determination of Fresh Meat; This invention is made for detecting electrical stream devices based on moisture and specifically is enabled to estimate the freshness of meat by measuring the amount of moisture and electrical resistance. It is invented to help starting a business in Canada. The Canadian government's public health expense was about $43 billion in 2019. Designing and commercializing products, in which public and individual activities might lower the government expense, help increasing public health indexes. It is recommended to show the freshness of red and white meat (beef, sheep, pork, poultry, and fish) in a short period of time at most 5 seconds in the form of numbers. It is made due to the lack of ability to estimate the freshness of meat consumed by humans.
This device determines the freshness of meat, which calculates the freshness of meat by calculating the electrical resistance, and displays this percentage through a seven-segment display. To estimate the freshness of meat, two wetted transducers have been used, which start the measurement process by injecting them into the meat. The sensor part of this device is designed in the shape of 3 pegs that protrude from the upper part of the device. Two of these pegs act as sensors and the third peg acts as a transmitter and a positive port that generates electricity. And then the other two spikes calculate the amount of current measured based on their distance from the third spike, and the processor, enters the numbers obtained from the activity of the sensors, after collecting all the numbers in the formulas embedded in the program. After the processor performs the measurement operation, the information will be displayed through the seven segments.
The target groups of this product are divided into three sections: Women and men who prepare the home basket and the freshness of meat and protein in the daily basket are important to them. This group is mainly at the age of 28 to 50, students at the age of 18 to 28, and protein business owners (in restaurants, meat products, etc.)
